  • clean cod fillet (without skin and bones) – 900-950 g;
  • carrots and onions - half a kilo;
  • medium fat sour cream – ½ tbsp.;

  • cheese – 80-90 g;
  • salt.

If desired, you can add fresh herbs to the treat. Any will do.

The preparation algorithm consists of several stages:

  1. Place the fish in a pot or mold of a suitable size. The fillet, cleaned of all excess, is first cut into pieces. If the cod is defrosted, it does not need to be defrosted beforehand.
