As you know, yeast or fermented milk products add fluffiness to baked goods. After all, as a result of activation, they form many bubbles and the dough literally “grows.” And if you combine yeast and kefir, the buns turn out doubly fluffy.

Use measuring glasses of the same capacity, approximately 250 grams.

Ingredients:

  • A glass of warm kefir;
  • Half a glass of vegetable oil;
  • A pack of dry yeast;
  • Granulated sugar and salt to taste;
  • 3 cups flour.
  • Chalked cinnamon to taste;
  • Sugar for sprinkling;
  • 3 tablespoons of milk.

Cooking process:

1.Pour kefir into a bowl. Mix salt (about half a teaspoon), a tablespoon of granulated sugar (with top) and yeast. Pour in the oil and add the sifted flour. First, stir comfortably with a spatula. When this becomes impossible, switch to kneading with your hands.

The dough should be elastic, soft and pliable. Place it in a small bowl, cover with a lid and leave in a warm place for an hour. Grease your hands with vegetable oil and knead the risen dough. Divide it into 16-18 equal pieces.

Roll each of them into a flagellum and “tie” it. Place the finished products on a greased baking sheet, loosely to each other.

Add about a teaspoon of sugar to the milk and dissolve it completely. Grease the buns. Separately, mix a teaspoon of cinnamon and 3 teaspoons of granulated sugar in a dry bowl.

Sprinkle the buns with the dry mixture. Turn on the oven to heat to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, the baking tray with the products will rest on the table. This will make the baked goods even more fluffy. Then place them in the oven for 15 minutes until browned.

This recipe requires instant puff pastry. For it you need to take:

  • 170 ml water;
  • 300 grams of margarine;
  • half tsp salt;
  • four glasses of flour.

Preparation of the dough:

Sift the wheat flour onto a board. Cut the cold margarine into cubes, combine with the flour and chop with a knife. Make a depression in the mound of flour and margarine and pour in cold water with salt diluted in it. Knead the dough, add more flour. You should get a sticky soft dough. It needs to be put in the refrigerator overnight, placed in a bag sprinkled with flour and tied.

For the filling you will need raspberry jam.

Cookie preparation:

We wrap the free part of the strip over the apples.

We twist the resulting workpiece into a tube. This will be our rose.

To prevent the roses from falling apart, they need to be placed in small muffin tins on parchment paper.

Grease the top again with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
